Shipping policy
At The Olive Branch, we are committed to preparing and shipping your orders with care and efficiency.
Our retail and fulfillment team operates Tuesday through Saturday, and we strive to pull, pack, and ship all orders within one business day of purchase. Orders placed outside of business days will be processed on the next operating day.
Please note that during high-volume seasons, such as Cyber Monday and Anniversary Sale events, processing times may be slightly extended as we work diligently to fulfill all orders with care.
All orders are shipped via USPS Mail. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking email to the email address or phone number provided at checkout.
Please note that while we strive to serve our customers with excellence and care, we are unable to combine orders or add items to existing orders. Additionally, as of February 2026, we are no longer offering local customer pick up at our Hanover location. We are not able to hold orders and delay shipping dates outside of our normal processing time.
